Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Delivery Times

Morocco:
2–5 business days depending on your city.

International:
5–12 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer free shipping promotions during special campaigns or drops.

Customs duties and import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Due to the limited nature of our collections, returns are accepted under strict conditions.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

• In perfect resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only if the requested size or item is still available in stock.

Because most PLUS212 pieces are limited edition (e.g. 40/40 drops), exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

Limited edition items may not be eligible for refund unless defective.

Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may be final sale.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

After 7 days, we are unable to process returns.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Most of our drops are strictly limited and will not be restocked once sold out.

Yes. PLUS212 Studio is proudly designed and produced in Morocco, blending Moroccan identity with global streetwear culture.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Cash on Delivery (Morocco only)

• Local Pickup (if available at checkout)

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in future order restrictions.

Can I exchange my item for another size?
